As a child, I spent more time playing outside than indoors. My parents had a lush garden filled with flowers and mostly greenery, which is probably why I have a preference for greener styles of floristry.
After traveling through life and seeking new experiences, I applied for a job in Cape Town hoping to gain event management experience. However, fate had other plans for me, and I ended up working as a florist. I learned the art of floral arrangement from three amazing women and developed a passion for it. While I may have had a natural talent for floristry, I believe that we are never too old to learn and should always remain open to new knowledge and experiences. I ran this successful florist for several years before taking the leap of faith and starting my own business. And here I am today, pursuing my love for floristry and continuing to grow and evolve as a professional.
